What is an Angel Shot?
A code word, not a drink. When a guest orders one from the app or at the bar, your staff know they need help and step in without escalating the situation.
What is a Butterfly Drink?
A discreet way for a guest to request only non-alcoholic drinks for the rest of the night. Serve each drink like a standard cocktail, helping them stay comfortable and included without drawing attention to their choice.
What types of venue can get accredited?
Bars, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, and one-off events. If guests gather there, we can accredit it.
What does a venue have to do?
